Ad Disclosure

It’s really important to me that I stay honest and transparent with any paid content I may share. I will always clearly label when a blog post has been sponsored by a brand. Regardless of paid status, I will only share my honest thoughts on a product/service. On blog posts that contain affiliate or referral links, you’ll see the following disclaimer at the top:

Some of the links in this post are affiliate & referral links. If you use them to make a purchase, I will earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Here’s a quick rundown on how I will state on social media when I have been previously paid or may earn commission from content that I share:

  • “AD” / “Sponsored” – when a brand has paid me to create content before the post is shared.
  • “PR Product” / “Gifted” – when a brand has sent me product for free as part of their PR marketing strategy, and is not requiring me to post about the product
  • “Affiliate” / “Referral” – a product I’m sharing that links back to me specifically; I may earn either monetary commission or a discount on my next purchase from any sales made after clicking through these links.
