This post is sponsored by JUNOCO- all thoughts are my own, and this is an honest review of the products I was sent.
If you’re like me, you’d prefer to spend your skincare budget on products that stay on your skin, and save money on those that rinse down the drain. I’ve used pricey cleansers in the past, but I’d much rather buy an inexpensive one that still works well. JUNOCO (formerly Juno & Co) reached out to me about reviewing some of their inexpensive cleansers, and I said yes!
I received the JUNOCO Ultimate Cleanse bundle, which comes with a cleansing balm, powder cleanser, and reusable makeup remover pad. This bundle is perfect for double cleansing: removing makeup and/or sunscreen with a makeup removing balm first, then washing my face with a gentle cleanser. This second cleanse gets any makeup I may have missed with the balm alone. It also makes sure my skin is completely clean before applying other skincare products. Here’s my thoughts on each of the products from this bundle.

JUNOCO Clean 10 Cleansing Balm
- $14.95 for 3oz (85g)
- oil-based cleanser that dissolves makeup (even waterproof!)
- comes with a spatula for easy application

Step one in my double cleansing routine is to wash my face using a makeup removing balm, and this one works very well. There’s a light citrus scent that smells fresh while I massage it into my skin. It’s gentle enough to use around my eyes and takes off mascara and other eye makeup without burning my eyes. A little goes a long way so this 3oz jar will last a while, even if you use it every night.
This didn’t leave a greasy residue on my skin after rinsing either, which is a HUGE plus. (Side note: it’s called Clean 10 because there’s only 10 ingredients in the formula, in case that’s important to you. I don’t really care about the number of ingredients in a skincare product as long as the product works well.) I’ve tried other cleansing balms that cost way more than $15, and this one works just as well as those! Definitely recommend and would purchase again

JUNOCO Cleansing Cookie
- $8

I like using white washcloths for my face, but they always get stained if I remove my makeup with them. Reusable cleansing pads like this one are perfect for taking my makeup off and keeping my white cloths clean. This cleansing cookie is VERY soft and super gentle on my skin, especially around my eyes. I used it along with the cleansing balm, and it took everything off without irritating my skin. The cleansing pad did get a bit stained with my makeup, but it washed out relatively easily in the washing machine. (I put it in a delicates bag just in case). $8 is a great price for a product like this, so I’d definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind purchasing another when this one gets worn out.
JUNOCO Clarifying Cleansing Powder
- $18 for 1.76oz (50g)
- powder-to-foam formula that gently exfoliates skin while cleansing it

Step two in my double cleansing routine is to wash my face with a gentle cleanser. This removes any extra makeup I may have missed while also ensures my skin is actually clean. This powder cleanser is a bit fussy and messier than I prefer, but it’s still a nice product. I poured a bit into damp hands and massaged it over my skin, which felt really nice. The rice powder gently exfoliates my skin, and it turned into a foam that makes my skin feel clean but not stripped.
I sometimes wash my face in the shower, but this product doesn’t work well there without making a mess. Even though they say this is gentle enough to use daily, I have other exfoliating products I like to mix into my routine. Personally I’d only use this a couple times a week so I don’t over exfoliate my skin. $18 is a bit steep in my opinion for a cleanser and although I think it’s a nice product, it’s not one I would repurchase. If you’re a fan of powder cleansers I do recommend it, it’s just not my favorite kind of cleanser.
So there you go- my honest thoughts on three cleaning products from JUNOCO. They’re all good products at a relatively low price point, and I’d purchase two of the three once they’re gone. I’m glad I got to try these products, and I’m excited to try more from this brand!
